AN OPEN LETTER 

FEBRUARY 20, 2021

Dear Friends,  Doctors, Celebrities, Clergymen, Businessmen, Mayors, Congressmen, Senators, VP Robredo and Pres. Duterte,

South American doctors have already found an effective treatment for Covid 19 as early as April 2020.  It is Chlorine dioxide (ClO2), a chemical widely used for water treatment.  Instead of spreading this life-saving information, news on this have been heavily suppressed by health authorities, mainstream media, and the big social media sites.  And this is continuing to this day.  We need your help!

​COMUSAV has now grown into a coalition of over 5,000 doctors in over 23 countries who are actively sharing their experiences in using Chlorine dioxide in treating Covid 19 patients with 97-100% success rates.  Conferences are now conducted almost weekly.  Bolivia approved the use and nationalized the distribution of Chlorine dioxide.  They now have one of the lowest death rates in South America.   Yet, Chlorine dioxide is now the most censored and, the most falsely discredited non-vaccine treatment in the world.  

COMUSAV Philippines has recently been activated.  We are now inviting doctors to please look into these treatment protocols by participating in upcoming English language COMUSAV Conferences.  COMUSAV is apolitical, and is not an anti-vaccine movement.  It is against medical censorship and misinformation.

WHY HELP?
  • Save Lives  -   Daily, about 50 - 70 (ave.) Filipinos die from Covid 19, and many more from poverty and depression.  If COMUSAV doctors are correct, then there is already a way to prevent these deaths.  
  • Restore Our Economy  -  Chlorine dioxide is very cheap, very safe, and seems very effective.  Treating 500k-600k patients (equivalent to the total Philippine cases to date) will only cost about Php 15Million (excl. distribution costs).  Many believe that making this available nationwide is the most practical way to restore our pre-pandemic economy and manage Covid 19 just like managing the common flu. 
  • Avert Chaos -   A recent study shows that only 32% of Filipinos are willing to get vaccinated.  Forced vaccinations will cause unprecedented chaos and ravage our economy further.  To avert this, many believe our government needs a Plan B (non-vaccine treatment) to complement its vaccination program while critically preserving freedom of choice. 
We have volunteers who have been taking this for 15 years, and some have been taking this daily (prophylactic) since the pandemic started.   Our message is simple:
  • For people of influence -  do something.  We assure you it is 100% safe. We are prepared to do demonstrations, and give away samples to doctors.
  • For those who say it is toxic - the US$1.0M challenge is still available. 
  • For gov't officials - we urge you to mandate key doctors to join the conferences, learn/apply/share Chlorine dioxide as soon as possible. Nothing to lose, everything to gain.
  • Worst case scenario - it does not cure Covid 19.  Those cured may have had a  placebo effect only.  
  • Best case scenario -  it cures Covid 19.  Lives can be saved, until and after safe vaccines arrive.  Extra bonus - discover how ClO2 cures flu, HIV, Ebola, Dengue, Cancer, Autism, Diabetes . . . . etc.  (see P.S. below)
​Whether you are pro-vaccine or anti-vaccine, it does not matter.  The coming crisis will affect everyone.  More urgently, people are dying and this could be a quick, and safe solution.  The Philippines has enough high purity Chlorine dioxide inventory to treat Covid 19 patients for the next 4 years.

  • Forward this to your doctor,  your mayor, or any relevant government official who are in the position to make things happen faster.  ​Ultimately, we hope this reaches our VP Robredo, and our Pres. Duterte, whom we both believe have the common sense to see through the misinformations, and likewise, have the fortitude to do what is right.  We hope they can work together on this.  
  • Forward this to your 'super spreader' chat groups.  Chat groups are very important for this information campaign to work.  Your small effort will save many lives. Please, we need your help.
